Two Months and Counting

So I am a data driven girl, after-all I am an educator and as I am coming to the end of my second month having started Hopeservations.com, it was important to me to see if I have been on the right track and share what our blog has achieved thus far…so here goes! After 15 posts we have…

• 637 subscribers
• 52 comments (all positive so far – bonus!)
• 2646 views, averaging about 50 a day
• Utilizing all major social media’s, FB, Pinterest, Insta, Twitter and LinkedIn
• 422 likes and shares on FB
• 151 Shares and Pins on Pinterest
• 73 clicks to link and 2679 impressions on Insta
• 15 shares each on Twitter & LinkedIn and 32 likes between the two – ugh – those are tough media’s!
• 28 likes on WordPress
• 144 Followers on FB Hopeservations page

I am posting this so people can see how they have been a part of this blogger community, helping to raise and grow my baby blog and to let everyone that has been a part of this in some small way know how grateful I am!

I think sometimes when we start to feel like we aren’t making progress, it is healthy to take a step back, look at the actual stats and then proceed from there! There are more stats I could share but the biggest point of all, I am filled with so much joy having this blog after years and years of encouragement from so many different people in my life! Thank you to all those who have empowered, offered emotional supports, from reading and offering feedback, giving advice, or just even asking how the blog is doing…believe it or not, that means so much!

I do remind myself everyday,

“Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” – Proverbs‬ ‭19:21‬ ‭

so that if I feel things aren’t unfolding as I think they should, it’s OK… I am not even sure what “unfolding as I think they should” truly looks like. I guess it is really just a feeling and anyone who knows me, knows – I am in it to enjoy the journey way more then the final product!
